How long does a session last?

A session with us lasts 50-60 minutes

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most insurances. Please call our office with specific questions.

How do I get an appointment?

Call our office to speak with our staff to get an appointment set up. You will need your insurance ID number, group number and subscriber info when you call.

How much does each session cost?

This is determined by your insurance company. For your specific mental health policy information, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask for your "outpatient mental health benefits in an office setting".

Good Faith Estimate: We are required by law to provide the self-pay rate for each session for anyone not covered by insurance. Our self-pay rate is $150 for your first session and $135 for follow up sessions.

Do you offer psychological testing?

Yes! We perform ADD/ADHD evaluations. You will need a primary care doctor to refer you for this type of evaluation.

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?

No! We only require referrals for ADD/ADHD evaluations.

How often will I need to be seen?

This will be determined by you and your provider based on your needs. We are here for YOU!

Do you offer online counseling?

Yes! Some of our providers offer online counseling. However, we require your first appointment be conducted in office.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

No, but we do have some graduate interns that see clients for a reduced rate. Please call our office for specifics.

What do you treat at your counseling center?

We help people from all walks of life through challenges they are facing. Some of what we treat includes: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, PTSD, trauma, marriage counseling, adjustment issues, child and adolescent issues/counseling, self-esteem/self-worth issues and ADD/ADHD evaluations.

Do you have anyone that can prescribe medication?

No, we do not have any prescribers at our counseling office. We recommend contacting your primary care doctor about your medication needs.

Do you write letters for emotional support animals?

No, we do not write letter for emotional support animals. Please contact your county or state office for information regarding certifying a pet as an emotional support animal.

Do you write offer autism screenings?

No, we do not offer a test or screening for autism.
